Dining

Dining is authentic with particular focus on home made traditional Maldivian cuisines while western and Asian and cuisines are served as well. We bring you flavours that are local, some inspired and others traditional. As much as possible we use seasonal ingredients that are home grown on the island by locals, locally produced items sourced from capital Male’ or harvested from our small organic garden.

In addition to the buffet to enjoy something different and exotic guests have the option to order on a la carte.
